This order signals to celebrities all the way up to Tom Cruise that they must use Scientology's intelligence reporting system.

Your report can give RTC vital information needed to spot situations that may develop, or locate hidden suppression, infiltration, subversion or corruption within and external to Scientology churches, missions and other church organizations.
