This report covers a 2003 briefing to International Association of Scientologists (IAS) and shows how Scientology directs its considerable intelligence apparatus to subvert society through their "human rights" and "social betterment" programs.

"Our numbers may yet be small. But in combination with the IAS — and what it lets us bring to bear — we are creating a momentum that is rapidly becoming irresistible." With that began an evening of major victories and accomplishments.
