ADMIN SCALE, I have developed a scale for use which gives a sequence (and relative seniority) of subjects relating to organization:
goals purposes policy plans programs projects orders ideal scenes stats valuable final products. This scale is worked up and worked down until it is (each item) in full agreement with the remaining items.
