Attention students: it's now OK to jump up and down on your desks and rave about your latest crush.
The Ministry of Education is referring teachers to an organization set up by the Church of Scientology, the group made infamous by Tom Cruise, the raving couch-bounder and Scientology adherent. Second Chance blew last chance?

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE - Under cover of darkness Wednesday the troubled Second Chance rehab center mysteriously shuttled nearly 50 patients or inmates away from its facility just ahead of a deadline to explain who it's been housing. The city wanted to make sure Second Chance wasn't violating its lease by taking inmates without a judge's referral.
